Creators, based in the publishing and advertising industry in Tokyo, started to publish this free paper on their own as a way to encourage Takasaki.
The name comes from Takasaki, the 10th exit (interchange) on the expressway from Tokyo. Even though our one sided love, we take note of local things that are funny and interesting such as people, food, and leisure in Takasaki. Publication is quarterly.
